WILDFIRE SENSOR
Freshman Year Project

The focus of this project was to design, build, and test a portable wildfire detection system that actively monitors air quality around affected areas and distributes an alert when air quality becomes potentially harmful. The goal was to increase the survivability of downwind communities when individuals may be at risk.
The purpose of this project was to maneuver through the design, manufacturing, and assembly processes to ultimately build a fully functioning toy car that can be used in a friendly competition.
